Dzhelil Osmanov, MD, professor, and head of the Department of Hematology and Bone Marrow Transplantation at the N.N. Blokhin National Medical Research Center of Oncology, passed away in Moscow at the age of 74.

Dzhelil Bey was not only a highly skilled specialist who saved thousands of lives, but also a man with a huge heart who devotedly loved his homeland, Crimea.

The deceased will be buried in his native Crimea (the exact date will be announced later).
